January 2025 I took my vehicle in for service, bought up a concern about the starter hanging up.
Shop foreman came out along with the excellent and professional service advisor Chris. BOTH he, myself and the shop foreman verified it’s the starter.
Wayne the service director came out, said if it happens again let me know.

The dealership was ok but customer service could have been better. I waited around for ~10-15 minutes despite having an appointment. During the test drive, I wasn’t able to drive on the main roads which was disappointing. And lastly, after my test drive I haven’t heard from anyone. I reached out via email and got no response. Would not recommend.
